1. Status of this agreement

The commercial terms for instructors are being finalised and have not been published yet. This page will be updated with the full agreement before instructors are asked to accept it.

Nothing on this page is a promise of sales or income. Earnings depend on how many learners buy your courses.

2. What the agreement will cover

Eligibility: who can teach on Martech Academy and what we ask instructors to provide.

Subscription: the price, what it includes, and the renewal and cancellation rules.

Revenue sharing: the share instructors receive, how earnings are calculated, any deductions, and when payouts are made.

Course review: what we check before a course is published, how long it takes, and how revisions work.

Content ownership: who owns recorded material, and whether you can edit, remove or sell it elsewhere.
