How do I create an account?
Choose Sign Up, select Student, enter your details, and verify your account. You can then explore and buy courses.
How do I purchase a course?
Open the course page, check the details, and select the purchase option. Payment information is shown before you confirm.
How do I access purchased courses?
Log in and open My Learning in your dashboard to continue any course you have bought.
How long can I access a course?
The access period is shown in the course information on each course page.
Are certificates provided?
Certificate availability depends on the course and is shown on the course page where it applies.
Can I request a refund?
Our Refund Policy explains what is covered. Please read it before you purchase, or contact us with questions.

Who can become an instructor?
Educators, trainers, professionals, and subject experts with knowledge worth sharing. The Become an Instructor page lists the eligibility rules.
What does it cost to teach on Martech Academy?
Instructors register with a subscription. The price, what it includes, and the renewal rules are set out on the Become an Instructor page before you register or pay.
How do I upload a course?
After registering and completing your instructor profile, upload your recorded course from the instructor dashboard and submit it for review.
How are courses reviewed?
Submitted courses are checked against our course requirements. You can follow the status of each submission in your dashboard.
How does revenue sharing work, and when are earnings paid?
Revenue share, deductions, and payout schedules are explained in the Instructor Agreement. Earnings depend on course sales and are not guaranteed.
Who owns uploaded course content?
Ownership and usage rights are set out in the Instructor Agreement. Please review it before you upload.
